Facilitation for Groups, Meetings, Planning Sessions and Retreats
Highly effective, independent and impartial facilitation helps groups or teams produce extraordinary results that are created, developed and agreed on by all participants. We bring a trove of special tools, processes and techniques to move groups and teams to consensus and action as well as unique perspectives for competing more effectively and working more collaboratively.
Participants in facilitated meetings:- Thoroughly explore problems and/or opportunities
- Generate numerous innovative and creative options
- Consider and address barriers to achieving results
- Manage conflict using a collaborative approach
- Increase the quality of decisions
- Improve working relationships and personal satisfaction
- Develop and reach consensus on strong action plans
- Demonstrate accountability for results
Meetings that go beyond goals and objectives to achieve meaningful results start long before the group enters the room. That is why our facilitation process begins early.
Our facilitation is a three-step process...
Step 1: Plan: We meet with your meeting planners and team members individually to establish clear objectives and build rapport.
Step 2: Prepare: We select the tools, techniques and strategies we will use to guide your group towards achieving its meeting objectives.
Step 3: Play: We are there on "game" day to help your group improve its processes and increase its productivity as we guide it to a satisfactory outcome.
Facilitated meetings benefit a wide range of groups and organizations in a variety of situations including:
- Executive teams
- Boards
- Complex stakeholder group
- Cross functional teams
- Teams in conflict or transition
